Blue Star Erectors' number one priority is the safety of our employees. We want every worker to go home in the same condition they came to work in. We use weekly safety meetings, weekly Toolbox Talks, and periodic safety audits - we strive to keep workers safe. With the outstanding safety training provided by the union, all our employees have been trained in the most up to date OSHA standards and safety practices.

With the use of CISAP (Construction Industry Substance Abuse Program) all employees are tested and required to maintain substance free.
